1. Use of the Platform

FinalDx is an educational tool designed to help medical students practice clinical reasoning through simulated patient cases. It is intended for learning purposes only.

2. Not Medical Advice

FinalDx's simulated patients, cases, and AI-generated content are for educational training only. Nothing on this platform constitutes real medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and should never be used to make decisions about real patients.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the platform to harm, harass, or disrupt other users
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract case content for redistribution
• Use automated tools to abuse the free tier or manipulate scores/leaderboards

5. Free and Paid Tiers

FinalDx currently offers free access to a limited number of cases. Additional pricing tiers or features may be introduced in the future; you will be notified of any changes affecting your account.

6. Content Ownership

All case content, scoring logic, and platform design are the property of FinalDx. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell any part of the platform without permission.

7. Changes to the Service

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of FinalDx at any time. We'll do our best to communicate significant changes in advance.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

FinalDx is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions made based on simulated case content.
